|Recommended: NoVery Noisy — Unless you live on the third floor, there is no peace. I used to think I had noisy neighbors above me, but after 3 different residents, I’m certain it’s the cheap build quality.
The constant pounding, banging, and just unbearable seismic activity coming from the apartment above me is enough to drive a fella insane I can’t even hear myself think. It’s like I live below a 24hr gym or a wrestling ring. I’m paying 1764 a month to be punished. I’m stuck in this cell until my lease is up, which cannot come soon enough What a mistake choosing the ground floor.
The constant pounding is so intense, my apartment literally rattles with seismic activity all evening and night. I have to take sleeping pills to get any rest.
Big mistake on my part. If you’re inclined to move here, get the upstairs unit, or you’ll be sorry

|Recommended: YesConvenient — This apartment complex is in a very convenient area. I am able to hear a lot of what is going on with my up stairs neighbors. With the previous neighbors I didn’t hear anything so I believe it is more to do with the people rather than the building. I did have an issue with a rude staff member but I keep away from her and the rest of the staff is a pleasure to work with. I haven’t had any issues with maintenance or with the neighborhood being clean besides people not picking up after their dog… I would recommend living here.
