|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — 5 stars across the board with the minor exception of 4 stars in the Grounds Cleanliness category. That's because not all resident dog owners are diligent in picking up cleaning their dogs' poop. It's not like the grounds are littered with dog poop everywhere but one does see the occasional mess here and there. I would prefer it if the responsible resident would clean up their dog's poop in every case without exception.
|Recommended: YesLove living here — We've lived here a year now and I can't see myself living anywhere else. The property staff is the best. I feel like I'm home being around them. It's quiet and everyone just goes about their business. The property is extremely clean. The only issue I have is the stairwells need a really deep cleaning. The neighborhood is extremely convenient and the lake across the street is beautiful. The apartments are so comfortable. We love our apartment. A big shout out to one of my favorite people Kevonna Absolute sweetheart.

The entire community is well kept, and downright beautiful not to mention peaceful Rhonda and the staff have been so lovely through the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew Huge thanks to them
